What is your training philosophy? To create an individualized program that enhances a clients quality of movement, strength, and cardiovascular systems. Weight loss, injury prevention, and increased athletic ability are all common results due to my training philosophy.
2. What is an accomplishment you are proud of?
What is an accomplishment you are proud of? I graduated from Texas Christian University (TCU) as a Pre-Physical Therapy major. I rowed a collegiate double and am now training for half and full marathons.

What areas do you specialize in? (ie. Strength and Rehab) I specialize in injury prevention, post rehab, and strength & conditioning.
