My training philosophy is to help my clients achieve a healthy & balanced lifestyle by empowering them with the understanding, support & skill to achieve their fitness goals while keeping fitness fun & rewarding for them!
2. What is an accomplishment you are proud of?
An accomplishment I am proud of is my ability to use fitness as a healthy coping mechanism. Having a positive outlet for stress is something I always struggled with before finding my love for fitness!
3. What areas do you specialize in? (ie. Strength and Rehab)
I specialize in functional fitness! (Strengthening our bodies in the way they move on a regular basis!)
4. What are your hobbies outside the club?
Cooking, reading, being with family, hiking and exercising.

Anywhere warm with a beach.
