Keep Moving Contest

While the club is closed, we want to keep you motivated with plenty of at-home workout options and a fun contest! 

GOAL

150 minutes of exercise each week in May. Members can log minutes on the JAC App. The JAC app does not allow nonmembers to enter challenges on the app so we are asking nonmembers to log their minutes and send to [email protected] at the end of May to claim their prize and be entered into the drawing for Free Memberships!

Walking, Dancing, Push-ups, Planks.....If you are moving and getting your heart rate up, it counts. Exercise and nutrition are vital to a strong immune system. Keep up the good work!

Members should visit the JAC App, go to challenges tile, click May Keep Moving Contest, read details and click to enter at the bottom. Nonmembers can log their minutes and send to [email protected] at the end of May.
