For me the BIG change in my life was all about my health.  I have many chronic medical conditions that the only thing I can do to try to alleviate symptoms was to get in shape.  When I first started working out I couldn't even jog a straight-away on the track(1/4) and now I can run a 9 mile minute!  In 2016 I signed up for a JAC Personal Trainer, Nolan, and started going to the Team Training classes as well as ballroom dancing.  I was able to compete in my first ballroom dance competition and I have so much more energy and feel a lot healthier.  I lost 83 lbs and went from a size 20 to a size 4!  I can do what I want to, when I want and not worry about not having the strength, energy or stamina.  I also have much more energy to put into my classroom and students and as a teacher energy is a must.  Consistency is key, it will not happen over night.  Keep setting goals and pushing toward them.
